1. Agreement
By accessing or using Cinext, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Cinext on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
2. Service
Cinext provides AI-assisted content creation, workflow automation, media generation, media processing, asset library, and related workspace features. Some features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or removed.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity, credentials, and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not share access in a way that bypasses seat, team, security, or usage controls.
4. Credits and Payments
Paid credit purchases are processed through Stripe. Credits are used for eligible generation or processing actions shown in the product. Unless required by law or approved by us, purchases are not refundable after successful delivery of credits or service usage.
5. User Content
You keep ownership of the prompts, uploads, brand materials, outputs, and other content you provide or generate through Cinext. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, store, and transmit that content to operate the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use Cinext to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious files, attack the service, misrepresent identity, generate deceptive or harmful content, or bypass usage limits and security controls.
7. AI Outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising rules.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Cinext reliable, but the service is provided as available. We may suspend, change, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider availability, legal, or business reasons.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinext and Ads Go Marketing are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
